TheLadders hits the road Tuesday, April 8th for JobMobile Los Angeles!  Here’s a preview of what the L.A. talent acquisition community can expect at JobMobile.


TheLadders JobMobile event series is hitting the road again! Our next stop is the W Los Angeles-Westwood on Tuesday, April 8th from 6 p.m. – 9 p.m. PT.

JobMobile is a unique series of events which celebrates innovations and strategies in recruitment.

At JobMobile L.A., our goal is to inspire recruiters, HR professionals and hiring managers to transform their talent acquisition strategies to match the way top talent finds new roles in our digital era.

For those of you planning to attend, below is a run-down of what you can expect at the event.

Sarah Tilley, VP of Talent Acquisition & Global Mobility at The Walt Disney Company

Sarah_TilleySarah manages and oversees all recruitment and research strategies for The Walt Disney Company Corporate, a leading diversified international family entertainment and media enterprise. Additionally, she manages the new centralized global mobility function, which fits into the larger Disney Integrated Talent Management vision. Previously, Sarah was the Director of Recruitment for Disney Interactive Media Group, where she reduced the quantity of positions filled using outside agencies from 12 percent to less than 2 percent. CandaceTrafficanda, Head of Recruiting at Whisper

Candace_TrafficandaCandace leads all recruiting efforts at Whisper, a free iOS and Android app that lets you share secrets anonymously and connect to people around you through shared experiences. Prior to joining Whisper, she worked in technical recruiting for search firms including Riviera Partners, Frog Staffing, Security Search and Consulting, and Transquest Ventures. Janine Davis, President & Co-founder at Fetch Recruiting

Janine_DavisJanine is one of the Founding Principals at Fetch Recruiting, a So Cal focused boutique technical recruiting firm with a mission to maximize the hit ratio, and minimize the sleaze. She has been involved in technology recruiting since the late 90s, handling both the front line with clients, as well as working with candidates as a recruiter. She started off her technical career at Andersen (now Accenture), spent 10 years with a large full-service ad agency, leaving as their CIO/VP, Technology, and then headed up Application Development at DirecTV.
