You can now compartmentalize your work on TheLadders by searching for and saving quality candidates, then sending a personal, individualized message to each of them at once.
What will you do with the time you save? Our vote’s on not telling anyone you saved all that time, and taking a little coffee break for some R&R.
Here’s how to take advantage of this great new feature:
When you find a qualified candidate, save them to a list from our easy-to-use profile & save functions.
You can find your lists of saved candidates in the Manage Candidates tab.
After opening your saved list, select which candidates you want to contact.
Write a convincing message, and click send!
