As a pioneer in the recruitment industry, TheLadders has worked with employers around the country to find the right person for the right job. While we aim to make the process as easy as possible, we recognize that job-matching success relies heavily on a committed hiring team, and with more than 49,000 recruiters and employers in our network, it’s safe to say that the level of commitment varies from professional to professional.

That said, it is important for us to recognize and celebrate the people who contribute to our success in each of our key markets. Earlier this year, I announced the launch of a new program for employers -- TheLadders ELITE – that kicked off in New York, and has since expanded to San Francisco and Chicago. The program celebrates a short list of exceptional employers in our most popular recruiting markets, representing the top 1% of our users. Each ELITE employer is hand-selected, based upon their TTM performance (Trailing Twelve Months, immediately prior to the list’s announcement), while demonstrating outstanding citizenship within TheLadders’ community.

I think that most Atlantans will agree that when it comes to Major League Baseball, only one team can be the Braves. Similarly, when it comes to Atlanta’s employers and recruiters, only 1% can be amongst TheLadders ELITE. Join us at JobMobile Atlanta to celebrate the 2013 honorees:

  1. Overall engagement in our ecosystem, including
    • Quality and quantity of messages sent to candidates, and jobs manually posted by employers
    • Ratings and feedback provided to applicants
    • Profiles and resumes downloaded and shared with hiring managers
  2. Profiles and resumes downloaded and shared with hiring managers
  3. Social responsibility score, demonstrating outstanding citizenship and respect towards our candidates


TheLadders ELITE will enjoy the following benefits:
