We’re only a few days away from TheLadders' second annual JobMobile event in New York City!
At this year's JobMobile NYC, our goal is to inspire recruiters and HR professionals to transform their talent acquisition strategies to digitally target what will soon be 46 percent of the workforce: Millennials.
For those of you planning to attend, below is a run-down of what you can expect at Wednesday’s event.

Erin leads Human Resources at Meetup, the world's largest network of local groups. She and her team are deeply committed to hiring the best and brightest in New York and making sure that her team is consistently challenged, engaged and growing professionally. She's a Co-Organizer of Working@Meetup and loves her job because she works with the most talented and inspiring team she's ever met. Jay runs the digital technology practice at Affinity Resource Group, a boutique recruiting firm focused on digital technology positions in eCommerce and financial services. Prior to Affinity, Jay worked with several digital media brands including Entertainment Weekly, where he led EW.com to a Magazine Publishers of America Best Website Award, and Maxim, where he extended their digital footprint into eCommerce, social gaming and onto iPhone, iPad, and Android platforms. Lindsay’s goal is to find the sharpest minds and the most creative and technical talent out there to join Spotify, a commercial music-streaming service. She is responsible for developing recruiting strategies for niche skill sets, attracting lead and managerial talent to Spotify, as well as strategic partnerships, evangelizing Spotify engineers, and events coordination. Prior to her tenure at Spotify, Lindsay worked at a mobile app startup, ScrollMotion, and on the agency side at Randstad Technologies.
