TheLadders ELITE Recruiters


Since announcing last fall that we are a free resource to employers, TheLadders has been experiencing explosive growth. Every quarter, we commemorate our Top 200 Recruiters and Top 50 Employersacross the country. While we continue to provide an unparalleled job-matching service nationally, recruiting remains, predominantly, a local activity. Therefore, it is important for us to recognize and celebrate the people who contribute to our success in each of our key markets. Today, I am excited to announce the launch of a new program for employers: TheLadders ELITE.


Every year, TheLadders ELITE will celebrate a short list of exceptional employers in our most popular recruiting markets, representing the top 1% in each market. Each ELITE employer is hand-selected, based upon their TTM performance (Trailing Twelve Months, immediately prior to the list’s announcement), while demonstrating outstanding citizenship within TheLadders’ community. Below are the criteria used for the selection:

  1. Overall engagement in our ecosystem, including
    • Quality and quantity of messages sent to candidates, and jobs manually posted by employers
    • Ratings and feedback provided to applicants
    • Profiles and resumes downloaded and shared with hiring managers
  2. Number of interviews and hires
  3. Social responsibility score, demonstrating outstanding citizenship and respect towards our candidates

TheLadders ELITE will enjoy the following benefits:

  1. Development input and early access to products in beta
  2. Discounted price, early registration, and preferred seating to our conference in New York (September 24th)
  3. Thought-leadership opportunities, such as guest blogging and event panels
  4. Exposure in TheLadders social media (TheLadders blogs, Facebook, Twitter, etc.), as well as coverage in Marc Cenedella’s newsletter, which reaches nearly 6 million members
  5. Networking opportunities with other ELITE members
  6. Complimentary ELITE merchandise

JobMobileIn 2013, we will announce and celebrate TheLadders ELITE program at our JobMobile event in four key markets:

If your city was not selected above and you wish to see TheLadders ELITE program expanded to your region, please contact TheLadders at ELITE status will be granted annually and enjoyed for 12 consecutive months until the new list of ELITE recruiters is published for that market.
